Tierra Walker Holloway, Principal Broker~Owner of Walker One Property Group, Co-Founder of Walker One Residential Cleaning & Walker One Ltd., is affectionately known as “Tierra Around Tidewater”. Her guiding principle: “Start Where You Are, Use What You Have.” A Navy Veteran and 24-year Hampton Roads Local transplant originally from Baltimore, MD.
Tierra brings to her clients superior negotiation skills, making their goals her priority. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to client satisfaction, she ensures that their needs are met with diligence and expertise.

Having navigated the complexities of the housing market, Tierra found value in property management, where she has assisted over 200 families to avoid foreclosure and overcome various housing challenges.
As a visionary leader, Tierra addresses disparities and advocates for fair housing practices, particularly for Black individuals. The WOPG community partner program reflects her commitment to supporting small businesses and content creators, offering space in their offices to foster growth and collaboration.
With Year 4 on the horizon, Tierra and her firm are dedicated to continuing their mission of making a positive impact on Hampton Roads through real estate education, empowerment, investment, and homeownership.
