Tierra Walker Holloway, Principal Broker~Owner of Walker One Property Group, affectionately known as “Tierra Around Tidewater,” is a Navy Veteran and 24-year Hampton Roads local transplant originally from Baltimore, MD. With 20 years in the real estate industry, Tierra has assisted over 350 families in achieving their dreams of homeownership, positioning her as a trusted and accomplished leader in the field.

Her guiding principle, “Start Where You Are, Use What You Have,” reflects her unwavering dedication to meeting her clients where they are and helping them achieve their real estate goals. A published author, Tierra recently wrote and released “Real Estate for Beginners, Not Bullshitters” in paperback, hardback, and audiobook formats. The book provides an honest, practical guide for navigating the real estate world with confidence, making it an invaluable resource for aspiring homeowners and investors alike.

Tierra’s passion for community empowerment and education is evident in her role as a Virginia Housing 1st Time Home Buyer Trainer, where she equips clients with the knowledge to make informed decisions and build wealth through real estate. Her commitment to client care and empowerment is a primary testament to her success and legacy in the industry.

Beyond her real estate work, Tierra serves as the Community Housing Advocate for the Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation (VHCDC) and is a proud Board Member of The 757 Goats Youth Athletic and Academic Organization, contributing to programs that foster academic and athletic success for youth in the community.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Tierra has played a pivotal role in property management, assisting over 200 families in navigating foreclosure prevention and overcoming housing challenges.

As a visionary leader and advocate, Tierra actively addresses housing disparities, promoting fair housing practices and creating opportunities for underserved communities, particularly Black individuals. The WOPG Community Partner Program furthers her mission by supporting small businesses and content creators, offering collaborative spaces and resources to foster growth.

Now in its fourth year, Walker One Property Group remains steadfast in its mission to positively impact Hampton Roads through real estate education, empowerment, investment, and homeownership.
